April 2012 Pets of the Month: Mason, Riley, Secret, and Coral

This month’s Pet of the Month goes to the crew of my lovely friends, T. Nickerson and J. Stokes.  These ladies have quite the special little family:

Mason: Mason is a shy girl at first, but once she warms up to you she is unfailingly loyal, and stares at you with her soulful eyes (JUST LOOK AT THOSE SOULFUL EYES!!!).  She is walking, breathing, love.

Riley embodies and radiates joy.  She is a super sweet, happy-go-lucky, fun-loving ball of enthusiasm.  As soon as you pass her Stranger Danger test, you are one of her BEST FRIENDS EVAR!!!

Believe it or not, these two warm fuzzy puppies did NOT get along when they first became roommates, but T. and J. were relentless in their search for a solution, going through several dog trainers before finally figuring out how to bring about peace in their home.  But their hard work paid off: now these two girlies are great friends, and they just love hanging out on the porch together!

Secret is a supermodel, and unabashedly exploits her good looks.  This cat loves nothing more than pushing her limits, and getting away with murder because she’s so darn cute that no one can stay mad at her for more than, like, two nanoseconds.  It doesn’t help that she can really turn on the charm and be extremely affectionate when she isn’t up to no good!

Coral is shy and demure, so I don’t know her as well as the others, but she doesn’t have a grumpy bone in her body.  She is extremely sweet whenever she decides to come out from under Her Fortress (a.k.a. the bed), and never even so much as complains.  She is a true angel.
